01 / The problem

Why we are building WorkOS.

Many teams run this work on spreadsheets, paper, and chat. WorkOS is being designed to replace that fragmentation with one purposeful tool.

Today, without it

  • Each department tracking work in its own tool
  • Roadmaps that drift away from what teams actually do
  • Recurring tasks handed off by memory
  • Status meetings just to learn who owns what

What WorkOS is designed for

  • Cross-functional departments connected in one place
  • Project roadmaps linked to daily tasks
  • Automated task pipelines for repeatable work
  • A high-visibility dashboard for accountability
